These static and touring units are built and delivered by our parent company RPH Construction Co Ltd.
This allows us to operate a fully turnkey operation, from design to completion everything can be done in-house, making life simple and ensuring a seamless build right from the very start.
Our team of skilled tradesmen have many decades of experience in all aspects of construction and take enormous pride in their punctuality, quality of workmanship and professional approach to every job - no matter how small or demanding. All our wagon work is completed in our Wareham Workshop for The Dorset Wagon Co Ltd - our sister company.
The Design Studio, on a mezzanine above our workshop, with state of the art 3D design software as well as the more traditional drawing boards, is well-equipped to take your ideas and make them into working drawings that can bring your dreams to life.
Our in-house Design Engineer can make 3D simulations that don't just look good - they test the loads, ensure the building will work, create exact cutting lists, allowing our team in the work shop to accurately and efficiently actually make your structure.
When you come in with your idea we will listen carefully to your requirements, create a 3D render of your idea, make alterations and adjustments to suit and when, and only when, you are completely happy we we can bring it to life in the workshop.
If you prefer we can design and engineer your structure and issue working drawings for you to build it yourself or give to your own builder to create.
Our 2650 sq ft workshop in Wareham is well-equipped to fabricate timber framed buildings in sections. Free from the vagaries of the British weather we hit the ground running very morning, ensuring that productivity is maximised and allowing us to build complicated structures from our engineers drawings accurately and cost-efficiently.
We maintain good stocks of seasoned British hardwoods, wherever possible from locally sourced windfall trees, air dried for at least 2 years before use, minimising warping and twisting for the finer details and fitted furniture.
Structural softwood timbers and plywoods are certified from sustainable stocks and we choose each and every piece for regularity and quality.
We make our own windows and doors, hand-built using our collection of many vintage tools for fine finishing. The quality of the workmanship of our team of skilled joiners and cabinet makers speaks for itself.
