These are not only produced for our own in-house projects, but also for third parties including new builds, extensions and custom components. We offer a range of surveying and construction drawing packages - examples of which can be seen below.

NEW BUILD

Timber-Clad Summer House, Wimborne

The building was altered during construction, and we were appointed to identify issues in the truss and ridge locations.

New schematics were drawn detailing the unlevel floor plate and wall plates using a central laser datum point. New truss locations and roof detailing were identified.

EXISTING STRUCTURES

Derelict Farm Building Surveying

Due to its scale, all three architectural designers were appointed to survey this 2,863 square meter site. The purpose of this survey was to produce a precise footprint of the buildings for potential future development - and the utility of structural surveyors in the site's renovation planning.

STRUCTURES IN PROGRESS

Pre-Existing Structure Extensions

A single storey rear extension located in Swanage. The 8x4m building enlarges the existing kitchen and living space, to accommodate the families needs.

With three skylights, French doors and floor to ceiling glazing, the design maximises natural light into the property.
